Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will automatically receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can use it to track your parcel live at www.dhl.de.

Delivery to Packstations

Yes, we deliver to DHL Packstations and DHL Paketshops. Simply enter your Packstation address with your postal number during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return your order. Condition: The products must be unopened and in their original condition.

How to return:

Send us an email to support@krisenfest.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours with the return address. Send the goods back to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 working days.

The cost of the return is borne by the customer, unless the goods are damaged or an incorrect product has been delivered. In these cases, we will, of course, fully cover the return costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If your package arrives damaged or a product is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@krisenfest.shop. Please attach a photo of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund – uncomplicated and without lengthy correspondence.
