NRG-5 is the world's best-selling emergency food. The compact bars provide 2,300 kilocalories per 500-gram pack and can be eaten dry – without cooking, without water. A power station is a large, portable battery with standard 230-volt outlets and USB ports. You charge the device at home via a wall socket. Returns & Warranty

Yes. You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return unopened products in their original condition. Please email us at support@krisenfest.shop with your order number. You will receive a reply with the return address within 24 hours. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the full purchase price within 5 business days.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@krisenfest.shop with a photo of the damage. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund – simply and without lengthy correspondence.

Yes. A 2-year statutory warranty applies to all products. In addition, many of our brand-name products have their own manufacturer's warranties – the Sawyer water filter, for example, has a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

General crisis preparedness

The BBK recommends for every household: drinking water (2 litres per person per day), non-perishable food, light sources without electricity, a battery- or crank-operated radio, a first-aid kit, warm blankets or sleeping bags, copies of important documents, and cash. Start small. Our 3-day emergency supply (€39.99) is the easiest way to begin – three days' worth of food and water, that's all you need initially. After that, you can expand little by little: headlamp, crank radio, first-aid kit. Or you can opt for one of our ready-made bundles, which include everything at once.

We recommend a check twice a year – for example, when the clocks change. Check best-before dates, battery charges, and whether all parts are complete. However, with NRG-5 and its 20-year shelf life, you don't need to worry about that.

Not necessarily. Our bundles come in different sizes: for 1 person, 2 people, and 4 people including children. Simply choose the package that suits your household size. If you buy power stations or emergency provisions, these serve the entire household – they do not need to be bought per person.
